GAIN and SUSTAIN
As a trainer I’ve been able to help people lose and manage their weight with great success… but what about the guy that wants to bulk up??? I mean bulk up the natural way, no steroids allowed! I’ve always pushed my clients to train harder,and stick to their nutrition plans in order to drop the pounds and be healthier. Now I’m taking my own advice and flipping it just a little… this is MISSION: Gain and Sustain.
Objective: Gain 25 pounds and sustain it!
